The Details...

  • January 29 - February 2, 2025 at the Club Med All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

  • Single occupancy room with 1 king bed, all food and drinks included, plus free sailing school, free flying trapeze school, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.

  • You'll enjoy several transformative group workshops and team building activities taught by Dr. Jen Riday and several other amazing women throughout the weekend on topics like goal setting, self love, boundaries, relationships, mom guilt and more.

  • You are responsible for your flight to and from the retreat. An optional round trip shuttle provided by Club Med can be purchased to get from the airport to the resort and back again to the airport..

  • Schedule: Arrive at the Resort any time after 10am on Wednesday, January 29th. The retreat-exclusive fun begins Wednesday evening at 6:30pm with a get-to-know you event and group dinner. You can stay on the resort property until 3pm on Sunday.
